The Toral Family

Born in Chicago, Illinois as the son of Cuban American parents, Frank finally moved to Miami in 1973.  South Florida has remained his home.   As a young boy, Frank had a dream of being the first of his family to attend college and become a lawyer.  Those dreams were realized when he graduated the University of Florida 1989 and Nova Southeastern University School of Law in 1992.

Frank established Toral Law in 1995, a statewide law firm specializing in helping families whose loved ones sustained brain and spinal injuries from catastrophic injury accidents.  Later the Toral family would found the Toral Family Foundation and establish an Endowed Fellowship in Emergency Medicine and Neurocritical Care at the University of Florida College of Medicine.

In 2003 he married his wife and best friend Olivia, a South Florida native. Olivia and Frank are the parents to their two elementary-age children, Nina and Noah.

For the past 15 years the Toral family has attended and served at Potential Church, a large church in Fort Lauderdale.  While there Frank was on the executive team and an ordained teaching pastor having the privilege of teaching quarterly to several thousand people on the weekend services. The journey from lawyer to pastor has been an incredible ride.

While practicing law was a comfortable place to be, God began to place a new dream in the hearts of Frank and Olivia a few years ago.  Ultimately, Frank and Olivia said “yes” to God’s calling on their life to start a new church in Palm Beach County.  Moving from comfort to calling led the Toral family to leave their family life in Broward County to the new place God was calling them to Wellington, Florida.

Pastor Frank and Olivia are honored to serve alongside their dedicated staff and volunteers to help make Promise Life Chapel a place where all people regardless of their background or experiences can call it home.
